How to Get Help

If you are a caregiver of a child 18 and under, and are under financial distress, you may be eligible to post a request on our site to get the funding you need.

1. Contact a Referring Partner

The first thing you should do is contact one of our trusted partners. We want you to get the proper help you need, and a one-on-one conversation with a social service provider is the first step for getting you on track.

2. Post Your Request

Your social referring partners will post your request. Once they’ve done that, we will be taking care of the incoming donations and getting the funds to the appropriate third party vendors.

If you do not see a name or organization that is familiar to you, let those with whom your family interacts with know about Footbridge. Non-profits, government agencies, pediatric and/or family medicine physicians, school-based professionals and religiously affiliated organizations are all welcome to become referring partners of Footbridge.

Disclaimer: Although we try our best to fulfill every request, we cannot guarantee that the funding you need will be met. We use several factors such as urgency and time requested to determine in which order requests will be met.
